One reason The curses of Deuteronomy 28: 15-68 fell upon the Negros is because: Yahweh wanted His chosen to be separate from the other nations; a peculiar people; a blessed people...but They wanted to be like, look like, and act like everyone else! They didn't want to keep His commandments; they didn't want to obey His Laws; they didn't want be different from others.
Well, it's almost like parents who expects their children to follow their rules, and when the children don't, the parents punishes the children.
Our Father has feelings for His children. He knows what is best for His children and He expects them to follow His rules! As you expect your children to follow yours.
